Founder of generics champ Lupin, run by daughter Vinita and son Nilesh, is poorer by $800 million as the company's shares fell partly on an adverse report on one of its factories by the U.S. FDA. Bullish on Japan, Lupin agreed in August to buy 21 generic drugs from Osaka-based Shionogi for $150 million. Vinita and Nilesh jointly won the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2015.
