To recognize this, Forbes India in partnership with Indeed is curating a list of 30 talent leaders to watch out for in 2022 and rewarding them for their bold leadership to nurture a talent-first strategy in their respective organizations.
Methodology
Nominations will be accepted for talent leaders till 10th-December-22. The nomination form consists of 11 questions (qualitative and quantitative)
Our knowledge partner will vet all entries received and score each nomination on pre-set criteria.
The final score for each nomination will be judged by the Forbes Editorial board to arrive at a list of 30 leaders.
The top 30 talent leaders will be featured over three editions, with each issue profiling 10 talent leaders from the list. The entire shortlisting process and research is driven by the Knowledge partner and the Forbes India editorial team to ensure unbiasedness and transparency in the process.
