From Manhattan to Dubai, luxury living is touching a new level
Around the globe, developers are taking luxury living to a new level, erecting superstructures that command dizzying prices per square foot from plutocrats in search of killer views. In Manhattan, 432 Park Avenue (under construction) is on track to set the record for the tallest all-residential structure in the world, although planned projects in China and India are competing to be top dog. The current record holder? Dubai’s 1,358-foot-tall Princess Tower.
