Photo of the day: Cost of pandemic

Twin sisters Tripti and Pari, who lost both their parents recently due to the Covid-19 coronavirus, are now housed at a relative's home in Bhopal. Thousands of children have lost at least one parent in the new pandemic wave ravaging India, a country dealing with a significant number of orphans even before the scourge.
