Meghna Kamdar, a former bank executive, taught herself to cook after she became a mother, but her first tryst with social media (a YouTube channel) tanked. She took another stab at it seven years later and has now ratcheted over a million followers on Instagram. A fitness freak herself, Kamdar finds the sweet spot between health and taste—be it sattu buttermilk or pesto tomato open sandwiches. She has now launched a YouTube channel in Tamil too.
